A game that was regarded as one of the best by many of its fans simply due to the simplicity and variety that it offered on so many fronts. Unfortunately, though, sometimes good things come to an end and that’s what happened with pony town. The game was shut down and left all its fans in disarray because people found themselves so attached to the game and they made so much progress and new friends.

Although the news was certainly sad, there was something to cheer about at the end. Similar to Pony Town, Fantasy Town was released and it was later revealed that it was an updated and an even better version of everyone’s favorite game, Pony Town. The game certainly was a huge upgrade on what we saw in Pony Town and these additional features made the fans happier as they had so much more to do in the game now. 1. Overall Gameplay

First of all, the most important and common change, the gameplay has been improved in so many different ways. If you’ve played Pony Town, you’ll know how that the game world had many different players, and interacting with them was fun but a bit tedious due to the limited gestures. In Fantasy Town, lots of new gestures have been added, and making new friends or interacting with the old ones is even more fun now. There are different keys for each gesture and getting the hang of them is quite easy.

Other than that, the game world, which by the way, was already huge and designed beautifully, has been revamped and there are even more places to explore for the players so just take your pony out in the world and explore to your hearts’ content for hours.

2. Quests and Adventures

Although the game doesn’t really come with any action-packed or thrilling adventures, the quests in Fantasy Town are really entertaining as you’ll need to save younger ponies, breed new ones at a new ranch, and there are so many other new tasks for you to perform which means the content variety has certainly increased and you’ll find yourself glued to the screen.

3. Wings for Ponies

As mentioned, exploring is a major aspect of the game and we’ve stated above how big the game world is. Covering that area was certainly a bit time-consuming in Pony Town but in Fantasy Town, players will get to acquire wings for their ponies. This particular aspect might not seem major but once you start playing the game and acquire wings, you realize how helpful it is and, not just helpful, but how enjoyable it makes the overall experience.

All in all, both games are equally loved by fans and even though the news of Pony Town being shut down was sad, fans now have something to cherish s they can enjoy an even better version of their favorite game in the form of Fantasy Town and we certainly urge you to try this game.
