Pockey Pony is a candy-colored virtual game that lets you take care of a pony from the very start. You start with a baby pony inside her home. The baby pony needs your loving care as she grows more every day.
To start the game, you can make your pony, give her a name and choose a color for her body, mane and eyes. The pony is then placed inside her beautiful home where you can take good care of her.
To make sure your pony is happy, you need to check that she is fed, dry and had enough sleep. On the bottom of the screen, there are indicators for these three things. The sleep icon indicates the level of sleep your pony has. The toilet icon lets you know how much your pony has to go to the toilet. The apple icon tells you whether you need to feed your pony. The lower the number, the more urgent the task is. The maximum number for each indicator is 10. Your goal is to always have 10 for each icon.
To take care of your pony, you need to mover her around different parts of her home. The bedroom is where pony sleeps, the kitchen is where she eats and the bathroom is where she goes to the toilet and takes a bath. Tap on pony and drag her to where you want her to be in her home. To feed her, put her on a chair and open your Inventory (the house icon on the upper left). Select the milk bottle and drag it to her mouth. Wait until she finishes the drinking. Put her on the bed to make her sleep and put her on the toilet and wait for the flushing sound to let you know she’s done.
Outside the house, pony can play on the trampoline, the swing and the slide. Doing so will give you some coins that are awarded at random. Make sure your pony is well-fed and has slept well before bringing her outside to play.
Your pony will grow in each hour of gameplay. You’ll notice she’ll start growing her mane and tail in a few hours! Your pony’s needs will grow as well and instead of milk, she’ll need solid food to grow stronger. You can get more food from the pantry, but you need to buy them with coins. You can also buy other items like clothes, soap and blankets to keep your growing pony satisfied.
You can earn coins by playing mini-games within the game. Tap on the TV in the bedroom and choose from three fun games. Each game needs you to maneuver your pony along obstacles to get the floating coins. You can play all three games to get as many coins as you can. If you need more, you can tap on the cabinet in the living room to buy coins with real money.
Pocket Pony has simple and cute graphics that’s easy on the eyes. The soundtrack starts off nice and sweet, but may change according to your pony’s mood. The same cute graphics are seen in the mini-games, which are all simple yet addictive.
